    i wouldnt buy anythign made by edirol man... somethign aobut it just screams CHEAP TOY

    I've had mine for about 4 years and they are fine. If your looking for a cheap monitor for a not-even-close to pro-home-studio set up, they work great. Sound quality is fine if yr just needing something to edit mixes, etc.

    these speakers are a decent 'computer monitor' set. Meaning they are good for giving your computer a little audio boost. I would not recommend them for any mid-high end music production though. but overall they are worth the price (about $150 for the pair, right?)

    powered, variety of inputs (including optical) and decent sound quality. But just make sure you are aware that these are 'bookshelf' speakers - they are not 15", more like 2 or 3.
