    It depends - I think the ones that Ikea used to sell, that had a large matting on the borders, was a good look. I think ones where the frame is only as big as the record look not so hot.

    I think ones where the frame is only as big as the record look not so hot.

    They remind of stores where they sell signed records and Elvis stuff.

    Plus they make me sad. Like framed butterflies or beetles: they are dead and they will never fly again. Too taxidermic.

    f'reals. I need specifics. Is this like some local shop that sells Christmas trees and album covers only?

    I got a few record frames but not enough for the wall I've gone cheap style and hung mines up with japanese sleeves

    actually, Xmas tree shop is a chain (on the east coast at least) and they have all
    kinds of shit. thay are kind of a mix of wal-mart and home goods...

    like closeouts and extra's...

    and all kinds of christmas crap...

    but they have the black frames for $3 apiece...
    I'm gonna go buy a gang of them and my wall of fame is gonna be a wall of frame

    i glued some up with acrylic with the front panel slanting out slightly at the top, and a 1 inch black matte which allowed for a finger gap down the sides for easy change over. When i get my digicam back i'll drop some photos in a thread.
