deadbeat bidders - how long is your list?

I had to block two dudes in the last two days, this is really super weak. Why?Who here has a long ass list of deadbeats? And who wants to share?

    BUT doesn't a new dummy account or two surface for every one that gets shut down?

    a blacklist would be hot but most of these zero feedback dudes switch user names and ebay accounts so frequently.
