sorry may i ask whats the one underneath the Solomon and that Spectrum record there ? the one on the right-hand corner of the pic pleas ??
i've seen that around here and didn't pick it up.
Shit on heavy rotation this week.
Left Banke I pull out constantly, play it, and then for days
feel the urge to listen to it again. That's pretty unique.
A real "sing along" record, too
cheers.
what's the b/w album on the left?
and I can't find an image, but I grabbed that professionals from belize 2lp off of ebay, and it's worlds better than on tour. But I guess that isn't saying much. Not funky at all, but truly other worldly ballads w/ a touch of soul. I'm just so confused by it all.
Creative Arts Ensemble 'One Step Out'. What's the one below it? NTSU LAB?
I have one of these go to, interested peoples, let me know.
Dizzy reece "posession, exorcism, & peace".
How can you read that?
I have absolutely no idea which title this is...
Has
it's lafayette afro rock band...right?
The Mack is a mult-faceted type of brother. Hard to pin down.
He is showing the lady's that he can be sensitive too.
So he can poke em out, yo.
was listening to this last night!
am also loving
gladys knight and the pips - queen of tears
leroy smart - don of the class
ken boothe - mr. rocksteady
ghost/trife - put it on the line
Yusef Lateef - The Gental Giant
thelonious monk quartet with John Coltrane - at carnegie hall
Ultra Magnetic - the four horsemen
I wish someone would re-edit the 4 horsemen and cut out ced gee's raps.
Yeuhp...
I still like this stuff a lot. Technodelic is kinda next level. Wire made some amazing records. 154 and Chairs Missing are solid.
Recent find I play much:
Sam Most - From the attic of my mind (on Xanadu). Beautiful flute jazz.
and Ralph Lundstal - Fadervar
morning wake and bake
Coffee and fig newtons y'all
I've been digging on specific songs v.s. whole albums lately.
my tastes aren't quite as diverse as the macks, i've been on an italian kick lately:
Ron Proby-Evian (couldn't find a pick, too lazy to take a picture
