Kind of, but your arms are moving forward and backward in a spastic manor. Like a heated game of air hockey. I like to follow this dance up with the pinball dance. Nudging and everything. Also mad flipper action.

thats northern soul dancing, son! part martial arts, part b boying a few years before the fact and some jazz dance.
I just took my first copoiera class monday and I'm still sore as hell. fun as hell though. I didnt know my body did that.
