Being a caretaker for 2 handicapped people is stress personified.

Just had to deal with police over some absolute bullshit. Never fun to see the boys in blue at your doorstep.

Playing some Michael Jackson "Music and Me" to relax

what are the albums that can take you from pissed at the world to ready to cuddle in a matter of minutes?

'Enchanted Lady' by Milt Jackson & Ray Brown

  • Back in my darker days I had a girl in my apartment, shooting coke. She started bugging, doing the whole suction cup face thing, saying, "I gotta get out of here." Keep in mind the hood was mad shady and i didn't feel comfortable letting her go. I decided the best thing to do was give her paper and some crayons, have her listen to the Girl from Ipanema" album. It worked like a charm. She was like a child, drawing, smiling. It was great.
