I hate to say it but Letterman dropped the ball.

That lame ass audience clapped at everything dave said.

Bill actually looked intelligent. and had some good points.

The only way that Letterman "dropped the ball" was with his lowball estimate that only 60% of what comes out of Bill O'Reilly's mouth is crap...

well, I hate O'reilly. But, when he is admitting the war is a failure, and Dave cant back up anything, the whole thing was useless.

yeah I hate to say it, but O'Reily came out looking better in this conforntation.

I do got to give props to Letterman though for bluntly saying that 60% line though.

  • The truth is that nobody has completely sonned O'Reilly yet, in
the way that he deserves to be.
    Which is surprising.

What I am actually thinking is that this is sort of like a professional
wrestling thing. These guys get a little nutty and edgy on TV, but
back in the green room John Stewart and O'Reilly and Letterman are
    all bosom buddies.

To truly son O'Reilly, a smart and gregarious coffee achiever needs
to show up with his grade-A adamant interruptor game, having memorized
long lists of lies and untruths previously spewed by O'Reilly, as well
as a hand-held sampler which will play video and audio clips of Bill
lying, being disengenuous, being self-contradictory and appearing unctuous.

Nobody has brought the A-game yet.

Phil did a good job. If he would have ended it with Cams "YOU MAAAAD" he would have clinched it.

    that would have been great

i didn't really like how cam handled the principal, either... when he was like "you done for the night" a few times, it kinda stripped away the credibility of anything else he said

"you maaaaad" is still an all time o'reilly highlight, though
