just bought a grip of jazz LP offa dude for the shop...now I am enjoying Grant Green "Feelin' the Spirit", really nice. Gimmie early/mid 60s Grant ANY day over the funky stuff...has so much more feeling in it. good shit.
Herbie Hancocks material on this LP is where it's at for me. It's hard not to feel the spirit of said LP.
