i think i may actually like Tapatio better than Siracha! can't front on either of 'em though. Tapatio on carne asada fries with sour cream and guacamole at Roberto's.
it rules. a local taco joint by me has a burrito called the s turn. sesame and coconut encrusted tilapia, black beans, pineapple, and mixed cheese with siracha sauce.
damn!! I can't pick. All are cool with me. Pearl, Rooster Sauce, Tapitio, etc. As long as it makes your lips burn afterwards for a couple hours...it's good stuff.
hot sauces for days at our house, def Sriracha and Tapatio and plain ol' Tabasco...but right now, my thing is to chop up chipotle and some of the ancho sauce in eggs, then drop this on it:
Encona original West Indian hot pepper sauce is the only one I've tried, but we have such crap food in the UK that it doesn't really go with much. My auntie from Trinidad puts it on all her cooking, so I've got her to thank for introducing it to my life! Keep the recipes coming, they sound dope and I really want to know what everyones eating with it
not hot, but i recently found out about this shit and i'm hooked:
Word hommie. Here's the deal, you mix Siracha and Hoisin sauce together in a small dish and put it on the side next to your bowl of pho. Then dip the beef and meatballs in it while you eat you pho. FANTASTIC! Damn, I have to eat a bowl of pho for lunch today.
