i think i may actually like Tapatio better than Siracha! can't front on either of 'em though. Tapatio on carne asada fries with sour cream and guacamole at Roberto's.
Agreed, I only use the stuff on Asian foods, especially teriyaki.

Mane, I LOVE that stuff! Put in on/in all kinds of food. Can't eat a bowl of pho without it!

Word hommie. Here's the deal, you mix Siracha and Hoisin sauce together in a small dish and put it on the side next to your bowl of pho. Then dip the beef and meatballs in it while you eat you pho. FANTASTIC! Damn, I have to eat a bowl of pho for lunch today.
That's the shit that closes the deal on the Chinese pancake + crispy skin portion of Peking Duck...
