I can't seem to escape this cat. He's everywhere during the 80's. Money has made some serious contributions to very big albums. Show him some love.I was checkin' the 'Nard lp........... lo a behold Marcus Miller: Bass.

    Yes. Been diggin his 1984 album lately. "I Can Give You More" is a really great early 80's late boogie/Modern Soul dance track.

    I dont own any of his solo joints. But I've got to own about 30 lp he appears on as a bassist,producer,writer,or conductor. Jazz/R&B/Funk....etc.

    Really good album here, especially "Rush Over" with Michelle Ndegocello.

    It's all about 'Lovin You' by Roberta Flack. Marcus' bass on that one is classic.

    he was on the Tom Browne LPs too , and most of the early 80's arista material.
