    I highly doubt Americans will stand for this. Passed or not.

    Check the date - this was 7-8 months ago. I'm not sure about the current status of this.

    Yeah, I know about the date but I did a little research after the fact and this shit did pass. It was snuck into a military spending bill...

    From the article -
