Flying Dutchmen Re-ish ?

Trying to figure out the different and re-ish copy of a Leon Thomas on Flying Dutchmen. It has an thick gatefold cover but also has the orange and red circles on the label. I could have sworn that most originals were white labels. Can anybody confirm?

    Reissues will be really obvious, just from the sleeve alone. They will look and feel like all other reissues.
