This is the best I could find. With shipping it comes out to about 55 cents a mailer.

I don't know exactly how the prices compare to the seller RAJ mentioned, but they're very similar, and this seller's also in Ohio...peculiar. Anyhow, the user that goes by "BRASSPACK" sells shipping and packing supplies exclusively and I bought mailers from them recently. Worth a look just to compare prices.
