The Green Van Around the Corner (nrr)

So about a year ago, a green mini van around the corner was stripped by Brooklyn over a period of about three months. At first tires, steering wheel, doors, engine, until it was just a gutted carcass filled with garabge bags. Around a week ago, an almost identical van is abandoned in almost the exact same spot and is being stripped in almost exactly the same fashion. A glitch in the matrix, or am I going crazy?
