did anyone ever figure this out? I was with Premo a couple of years back and he gave me a small hint but I have'nt turned up anything.

    This is one of the favorite topics over at thebreaks.com. There have been MANY posts about this sample source and I don't think that anyone has figured it out yet!

    I believe so, I could be sadly mistaken but if my memory serves me correct it's on there too. I am getting old though and can't remember stuff like the actual record lable catalog and release numbers like back in the day! Lol. You back from LA?

    Dag, I hope that ain't right. I got rid of that Marc Hannibal record awhile back. Although I guess I really don't care at this point anyway. If that is it I'd like to at least hear it, though.

    from what i can remeber him telling me it was from a old 50's or 60's record. pink logo and was not a 45 or 12' wax record. but and old 78.

    Can you post a pic of that hannible record? I'd like to hear it for myself. Premier told me it was a 10 inch record and it had a fish on the label. He could'nt remember the name. Styles was there that night. I don't know if he remembers prem saying that or not. Soul Strut had just unvailed the mass appeal sample and he was suprised when we told him. lol
