I had Slum Village play for my birthday party years ago and they are cool dudes. Batin almost got kicked out the club for smuggling a jug of wine in the club.

Baatin is a character. I wish he was still in SV, I really do. I also wish Dilla was still with them. I overheard an interesting conversation between two affiliates saying that Dilla should be Kanye, but for some reason moves weren't made right to make him as such.
