I can't be the only one that was interested in the dre and bacharach collaboration since it was a rumour like 4 years ago am i? seriously, i was waiting all this time and was thinking it would just be a shelved project/rumour...i guess wit the anti bush thing that makes it closer to fruition and im all for it. bacharach has penned some of the catchiest ish and dre has a great ear. so im definitely gonna check this out.

thats my fear. my props though to bacharach for even considering this..that is totally a progressive nature towards making relevant music; this is beyond a midlife crisis of someone trying to be "hip", dude is really old, my gramps had a bacharach songbook for gods sakes. i really want to hear this, as i visualize something like when dre did "phone tap"
I heard Bacharach and Dre never met in person though. they just recorded their part and sent the session to the other studio.
But I guess artists never really "Collaborate" anymore these days. Thats as close as you get. When are two artists in the studio at the same time?
Remember when music was artistic? Nobody even talks on the phone anymore. Its all texting. Get a verse from some artist he doesn't even know what you look like.
