PS/ ERIC is referring to the intro of the beat I made for the third round (the final) called "DU BON SON", I took words all over the original song to create a new phrase which is not in the song... Ok, you receive a CD with 3 songs then you gotta make 3 beats, 1 beat with, at least, 1 part/ sample of each songs... ...2/3 weeks later you go on stage and play your CD-R. There's a team of "professional" judge and the crowd vote too.
I'm in the process of updating my gear at the moment, so I've been a bit slack of late, but feel regenerated.
My best moment was having one of my tracks on The Freshest Kids doco, just before Kool Herc speaks. I freaked out when I saw it, because I didn't know it was on there. Dave Paul never told me he let them use it. I didn't care. Was pretty stoked about it.
