    On the subject of international record spots, I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know of any in Lhasa, Kigali, or DR Congo (Goma)?

    My company has an office in Kigali. I'll ask one of the people I know out there if he knows of any. I prolly won't hear back from him until tomorrow since they are like or 8 hours ahead of me (EST).
