    It's seems like they could figure out a way to filter that water as they dump it into the river. This sounds like it could be a big problem for the enviorment and throughout the gulf of mexico. I would voice this concern on every message board.

    that right there is more effective than any "mandatory evacuation."

    That video of Charmaigne Neville, in it she talked about alligators attacking and eating people. Not an 'official' source, but a credible one. Seems like that wouldn't be hard to believe in that area.
