Do you think after everything that's happened this last week that future relations between Black and White folks will be even more strained?

honestly, i was really sad that night reading about what was going on, and that post made me crack up. i just thought of the next morning when thehookup would eventually realize what he wrote, and have a true d'oh moment. exactly something i would do.

You know how everyone's got this image of an alien in their head even if they've never seen one? Well if I had been randomly asked to draw a dude named "Tucker Carlson" without ever having seen him, I would have produced something strikingly similar-looking to dude.

anyone see tucker carlson & al sharpton argue over the meaning of the word "refugee" today? that was a good one. i gotta say, it's one of the only arguements i've ever agreed with tucker on.
If it's true that people were in fact doing that, it seems despicable and pointless. I just can't understand why anyone would do it.
good point, and i totally agree. i'm completely baffled at that one myself, but i suspect that it's such a hidious story that it's gotten blown out of proportion in the media. i doubt there was any real gun battle or anything, but then again i dont know the facts about what happened - i've just been hearing the rumor over and over

my first cousin was working in a hospital in new orleans. when a helicopter tried to evacuate the patients and doctors from the hospital, he said that someone opened fire and the helicopter had to leave and come back later. that shit is actually happenning.
