post a funky gospal track that you play out or just vibe to

my gospel knowledge is shallow.

I play this one at DJ gigs (I mix in on the break at 1:30)

I play this one at some DJ gigs (weddings and good vibe parties like that!)
(it's "my soul is a witness", not "space race" like in the image)

This one is in the morning routine at the crib and at gigs when it fits

I saw that there are a lot of previous threads on this subject but the links are mostly broken.
If I should check out any old threads in particular feel free to lemme know.

Plenty might disagree with me, but this is (for me) the gospel equivalent to Gloria Ann Taylor's "Love Is a Hurting Thing".

I'm a big fan of gospel music.
All you all, probably saw Aretha's tribute to Carole King on social media. I was trying to think of other Carole King songs Aretha sang besides Natural Woman.
This was all I could come up with. So here is the gospel track I have been vibing to this week.

Keep an eye out for this lp.

Not a thread hijack, but if anyone can think of any other Carole King songs that Aretha sang let me know.

Thanks, I can't listen to that where I am right now, but I'd probably pick that one up based on the crazy cover

Been racking my brains but the only one I can think of is Oh No Not My Baby* from 1970....

    * I actually think Mr Rod kills this track.

Cosign on the Meditation Singers Lp. I recently came across it, not knowing the first thing about Gospel music, and it blew me away! Here's the whole Lp to enjoy!

I used to dig this BITD, more modern but chords and vocal are sublime:

Mighty Clouds of Joy had some bangers:

    Niceness.
Thanks for the input, I know there are a bunch of 10yr old threads about this, but I wasn't on the board then so I figured I'd experience the thread in real-time for myself.

Waxidermy heads still here? I'm sure y'all be like:
