I just picked up an India cd out of the .50c bin I am really liking.
She does a Roy Orbison song.
Trio Los Ponchos with Edie Gormey and the Nat King Cole Spanish lps, dollar bin common, pleasant listen, impeccable (American) Enunciation.

If you want to learn Spanish quickly just get yourself a Hispanic girlfriend ;) hehehe

But Id also suggest some Julio Iglesias - easy to find and has lyrics printed so you can follow along plus he's got some good tunes

Or anything Fania - but the Spanish on many of them is more regional. Although I find Rueben Blades Spanish quite well spoken.

Also theres heaps of Spanish kids songs on youtube - some nice ones too - easy to learn from.
