I love ending a night of DJing, when there's still a small crowd of dancers left and I like to send everybody home with something warm and beautiful. Here are some of my favorite choices for last song of the night.
What are yours?

Rufus & Chaka - Close The Door

Mary Roos - Morgens um f??nf

James Brown - Sunny (or "Time After Time" from the same album)

Sarah Vaughn - Summer Me, Winter Me

Lord Invader - Auf Wiedersehen

Great list G****d. (BTW: Finally there is a direct bus connection Weimar - Bayreuth, which makes it a lot easier to come over for a spin.)

The song I've finished DJ sets with more than any other songs is:

Ray Charles - Hit The Road Jack

It also helps that I'm usually playing 60s rhythm and blues by this point.

  • The people at the bar when the lights turn on are freaks and because agriculture is big in this area they like cutting edge music all night. One track that usually takes them by storm is Chicago - No Tell Lover.

And of course this gospel beauty:

The Clark Sisters & Mattie Moss Clark
