    great topic and so many good choices. i regularly pull the jazz face on my daily train commute to work, quite a lot like Billy Wooten on the 'Wooden Glass Live' record

    I just want to pop in to shout out Scott Matelic from Indiana, who as far as I can tell, brought the Wooten record to light. He found a copy and then he got it into the hands of le dude David Cuzner, who played it for Cool Chris, who then exposed it to all the major dudes. Scott is one of the nicest guys and he occasionally posts on here as IndianaCornikova.

    I love that version of in the rain.
