I think they just bark up the tree, it??s probably not possible because they might violate too many privacy rights in just flying over private territory with their cameras on... not worth the hassle. Plus: private (or corporate) drones would be like private (or corporate) phone tapping wich is not legal at all. Let them bark and paint some trains.
that's strange. in my city, you can just walk up to a train on the tracks nearby a huge car park and start spraying. there are not many graffiti people in this city, but someone painted the walls at that car park. no protection at all. maybe they should try some other things first. drones are pretty much over the top. wait... no. this is germany...
