    A house remix of Saturday Night was released in 2005 (probably due to the renewed interest in the song after it was featured on the soundtrack to GTA III: Vice City). While the remix was a pale imitation of the original, even skipping the "I can't wait for Saturday to begin" part, they did manage to get Oliver to appear to sing live when the remixers appeared on TOTP. The man still had it in abundance and delivered a great set of vocals,

    First heard "Get Down Saturday Night" on Daft Punk's Essential Mix back around the time of their first album. Sooooo good.
