Hi can you ID this tune ?

The first guy is a shout out for the mixtape this was used on. The second guy is introducing himself on the tune. But I cant understand what he is saying.

    You probably saw this all the time back in the day, but hesitated since it wasn't a Kool Keith song.

    I didn't know what it was, but I'm going to pat myself on the back for my research skills. I listened a few times and found it by googling "alchemist mindspace rap"

    I remember seeing this record all the time.
