    I remember hitting DC from NOVA when I was a lad. Cool "Disco" Dan's tag was everywhere.

    It was so amazing and mysterious to me. Great memory.

    Yup. From Silver Spring, to be exact. At some points on the Metro in from Silver Spring, you'd see his tag outside every 50 feet or so.

    Exactly. When I rode that line last year I was amazed by all the old school style graf everywhere. Then I realized they were murals.
    Looked like someone was teaching a community college course on graffiti.
