Anyone catching this on TV right now? I think I missed half of it, but it looks proper so far.

  • I saw it at the local indie cinema the other week - I thought it was enjoyable, but if the equivalent doc was made on producers I'd be a hell of a lot more into it.

  • It would have been better if he had incorporated "underground" emcees in the doc. There are some out there that take pride in their writing and delivery of verses.

    I wanted to like it but I thought it was slightly ridiculous. It might have been because I was drunk at the time, but it seemed like a lot of people talking because they enjoyed the sound of their own voices. Maybe I need to watch it un-impaired?

  • It was a good watch. Nice to hear the beats loud at the cinema. I got a bit tired by the accapella rapping to camera. Most of the time I just wished they would shut up. For me, Rakim, Kool Keith and Snoop were the highlights.
