Damn... Media Mail is on the quickness these days!
Hell yeah! I actually got it on Saturday! One was for framing, one was for listening. I haven't framed the one, and haven't heard the other..... hahaha

Brethren stand up! Not that we???re part of the registered Strut community or anything, but y???all are like second cousins and the connections run deep. This is the primer for the compilation of material that Olksi has culled from the folks on the boards at Soulstrut. And being home to the best record nerdus herdus in the world, it???s no surprise that he???s been able to come up with some striking productions out of that group- repped here by A-Ko, Dizzy Bull and Hawkeye. Sweet cover art by Mike 2600.
Hawkeye: Still Jivin' From Breakbeatraer (Melting Pot, 2005)
Meant to get this up earlier...my wacky brethren at Soulstrut.com have put their music where their mouths are and come up with a quartet of tracks for beat fanatics. Peep how Hawkeye flips on the Co Real Artists' "What About You" with his funky dance twister.
Some dudes recognized the co real artists, some the german sample sources and another found out about my dutch sample source, but no one checked my little reminising about an american rap group which is hardly underated.
