vg+/vg+ original copy. Plays fine. vg++/vg++ Dope Guyanese/West Indian organ funk burner from '74vg++/vg++ Incredible calypso/funk version of Marley/Wailers tune on the A ....with a killer female funky soul OG ont he flip titled "Humpty Dumpty"vg++/vg++Gorgeous cover of the Four Tops classic ina reggae soul stylee.vg++/vg++ Boom reggae soul cover from some of the sweetest voices to leave Jamaica. JA originall copy.vg++/vg++ Astonishing soul track from innovative Toronto studio (word is, it was his work here that initiated Coxsone to bring him back for "Truth and Rights" and if any of you have heard the work done at Summer, you'll know what I mean). Track consistts of just bas and drum but don't think it's sparse - they double track his voice (so he's essentially doing a duet with himself in addition to back himslef on the chorus (which is gorgeous by the way)).vg++/vg++ Canadian oG issue of famous Lee Perry track ( Bunny ?Clarke and Ricky ?????)vg+/vg+ Sublime Alphonso piece.vg++/vg++ both sides are classic JA soul from that time period. Lee's best years In my opinion.vg++/vg++ Extrememly rare rap 12 from Conneticut included on Egon's Conneticut rap comp.vg++/vg++ Again, not an easy one to come by, but because of Rota's West Indian associations, I turn it up once ina while (along with other labels such as Wackie's "Wack Rap", 12 Stars "Rock to The Message", and Express Records "And You KNow that" by TJ SwannSealed Dope disco rap 12.vg++/vg++ store stock Raps seem more prophetic every day (just take out the Reagan references)Feel free to ask for RealMEdia files or any other info.soufriere1@yahoo.comKevin in Canada.
