thrust beats prodigy hands down! beachboys style weakness vs lo fi acid funk...no contest. i found the prodigy record a year ago and thought i found a holy grail. brought it home and put it on the decks but wasn't feelin it at all.
Birthright's "free spirits" has the same sunset cover as the middle one and is hands down one of the best private 70s jazz LPs. (sorry don't have my card reader at home)
I attended and grew up within walking distance of LA Valley College. I didn't think that Valley han an annual series of records, let alone anything worthile (I assume that one is?).
