Tru Skool a free, weekly, hip-hop open mic held at Capital City Records will be hosting the Beat Grinder, a 10 producer battle on Friday, May 6th (7-11pm). Official judges for the battle are Kev Brown, Oddisee, Bear One (Universal Music Group), DJ RBI, Slim Cat 78, and DJ Earth 1ne. Featured producer for the night is Kev Brown!! Also performing will be Flex Mathews & DJ Damu. Throughout the night you will also have your regular Tru Skool crew, DJ Underdog, DJ Damu, & Enoch holding it down.
