WORKED me tonight (chill, phobics). I'm completely thrashed. I was getting a little bored with the workouts he'd shown me before, so I asked him to kick it up a notch.

Maybe I shouldn't have said that. I felt a little sick afterwards, but I'm okay now.

    Man I can't even convieve what it takes to get to that level. I've been going to the gym lately but I fell off in the last week after I got the flu.

    I'm think it's dope you went the trainer route. I need to do that myslef.



    Make sure you watch those weights!

    Dude had me doing some crazy pushups tonight (after bench press?) where you push up, then lift up your hand, turn, and point to the ceiling. I said, "So how many of these do you do?" He said, "Same amount--2 sets of 12. But I hold dumbbells in each hand."



    Day, I feel you on "fallin' off" at the gym. I feel like it takes forever to get in shape and about 2 weeks to get out of shape. Keep keepin' on, though!
