I just read an article that said it's good for you to drink coffee with lots of sugar. This was the result of official health research. Hunger is "the physiological need for food" and the sugar lessens that need. I don't get it. I was just happy that I quit the routine of drinking sweet coffee all day and have my first food at 5 in the afternoon. Turns out that shit was actually healthy. Do I need to get back to student life style? It made me grumpy and easily irritated. I guess you have to suffer for your health.
