    I'm assuming you're joking but in case not:

    Explaining why "Aliens" kicks ass is like explaining why Big Daddy Kane's "Ain't No Half Steppin" is a good song.

    Now you might have to explain your criteria on that one.

    Seriously, I think both are great but for different reasons. "Aliens" took the suspense/horror elements of the first movie and then added bullets and flamethrowers and some of the most quotable lines for geeks like me, including:

    "Game over man! Game over!"
    "They mostly come out at night. Mostly."

    aliens is good, but i am feeling alien more mainly because when ian holm is convulsing and that strange white liquid comes outta him (ayo) that shit freaked me out as a kid.



    then you see dudes insides and it's all white liquid and some kind of robot kelp

    Just be prepared for a lack of Alien-Predator fighting. I wish they would stick to the story they had in the comics or something.

    didnt see the freddy v jason. but i did see that jason 3000 or whatever where its jason vorhees in outerspace. now that shit was bad. but i still watched it.

    you HAVE to watch freddy vs. jason, if only for the scene where the farm kids are having some dumbass rave in the corn field and then jason comes and fucks them all up. its SOOOOO funny and awesome!

    It's entertaining in a broad & reminiscent sort of way. If I had never grown up experiencing Alien and Predator seperately, I would've viewed it as just another B movie* with a slightly bigger budget (acting weak, horror lacking, story line cheesy)

    *as a side note, B horror films can seriously kill it from time to time. no pun intended.
