for 3 days and 3 nights,Jorge Ben's "Taj Mahal" hasbeen looped in my brain, forcing me to sing it aloudat least twice every waking hour. (no howard hughes.)great, great song, but it's driving me andmy loved ones crazy. what do you do to rid yourself of such a thing?and no, i refuse to get a worse, more virulent tune stuck in my head, thanks.

Bermuda, bahama, come on pretty mama

    Key Largo montego....

  • The sad thing about this is that I get those lines in my head as well. We hate it, but it's like being on a freeway, seeing an accident scene, not wanting to look, but our curiosity gets the best of us. We hate the song, yet it gets into our consciousness.

I can't stand "Kokomo" either, but my nephew has been watching Full House[/b] and since the show had a need to feature the Beach Boys all the time (let's not forget Uncle Jesse himself was the conga player in the "Kokomo" video), he eats that song up. I have to play him "Sail On Sailor" or "Vegetables" just to clean the stink off.
