the problem with reheating, for me, is the sauce evaporates. the best reheating process i've found is covering it with tin foil setting the oven around 350 and letting it heat for at least 17 mins. takes a while and can be uneven, but the sauce is still there.
yeah, cold pizza is pretty damn good. gotta take off the crusts though and i cant really fuck with cold [or hot] dominos cuz that cheese tastes like shit.
one other dish best served cold is cold fried chicken. perfect for picnics. in fact i prefer my fried chicken to be at room temperature.
