    After taking an enormous dose of LSD in New Orleans as a teenager, I came to the conclusion that Voodoo is alive and well in that city. I had never given it much thought up until that point; but it became the focal point of my experience that night. The hairs on my neck stood up for a week afterwards. Voodoo Voodoo Voodoo.

    Voodoo is very much alive and will continue to be practiced.

    I'm not so sure. Voodoo is practiced most fully in Haiti, and it hasn't done much to help that country or hurt her enemies.
