thinking of starting a site. who are yall using for your sites and what are the plans like?? disk space? price? etc.? gabo

    I've been with Hostway since I started my site six years ago, but am thinking about switching, now that rates are much more competitive. I am thinking about going here:

    I use this for The Rub site and my site. Catchdubs uses it too. Lots of space, lots of bandwidth + reliable. Good customer service.

    I've had a good experience with them. They're especially handy if you don't have a huge site, their plans start at under $5 for like 2GB of space and 20GB transfer if I remember right.

    I've used interland.com in the past. Expensive but you can't fade on their features. Their VPS servers are the shit if you host a lot of domains. $50 a month for up to 30 domains.

    oh yeah, and surpass has just about everything you can think of for free - Fantastico, unltd email, unltd subdomains, unltd mailing lists, on and on.
