I.D the sample

Hey guys long time no see 
recently i've been going through my music archives and whilst i have no trouble remembering most of the stuff i've sampled, for some reason i can not find or remember the sample i used on this track. 



if anyone can clear my mind id'ing this sample it would be greatly appreciated .

    I suspected Barclay James Harvest, but was proven wrong scanning what I have of theirs and YouTube from what I don't. Can "Jack" be a clue?

    Not helpful to sbone's query but I have definitely heard this sampled at least twice... I can think of Rappin 4-Tay "Players Club" and swedish rapper Timbuktu "Det Löser Seg". It's a great track
