Pretty vague question, but I had the reissue one time.  
I can only remember it was a library/soundtrack from Italy maybe.  
Pretty vibrant colors with a sunset on the cover......
I think madlib may have sampled something off it.

    Madlib did, this was reissued a few years back.

    Yup.  I have the reissue in LA as well....

    Accade a Bali is the joint, I believe.

    Medline does a super dope version of Accade a Bali (and a bunch of other well known library joints) on an LP called Solstice. Peep it!
