    Why? 

    Rakim tours regularly performing all his classics with his tour DJ (DJ Technician) 

    Eric B was never a great DJ & didn't contribute much musically (Rakim even did the cuts on the first LP).

    Seems like a pointless exercise to me.

    I saw Rakim at BB Kings in 2016
    He was meant to do the whole Paid In Full album. Which is the only reason I went.
    He rocked up three hours late. Only did like three songs off Paid in Full and then only did the first verse.
    Can't say I'm excited about him in 2018.

    Last I saw Rakim was during SXSW in 2007. He killed it that day.
