I was trying to sell some records for some cash last weekend. The guy took a look at them and said they were good records and then passed on them. I know he didn't have any of the ones I brought in on the floor, so I mentioned consignment. He passed. He then said they were really good records and he was unable to give me the type of cash they deserved( I wasn't looking for a big pay out). Told me to come back in a couple of months because he didn't have the budget at the moment.

Has this happened to you? This was a first for me.

Only when I've waltzed in with my stack of 50 sealed deadstock skull snaps. Man I get trouble selling back damn near anything I actually want to get rid of, I can't imagine having too much stuff a shop would deign to want.
