please to suggest songs to play organ along with

i just got a hammond m3.

the bottom keyboard is busted and one of the foot pedals needs fixing, but other then that it's workin.

i'm a lousy organ player.

i'm looking for songs to jam with.

funk, jazz, reggae. funk!

hopefully one key or two or modal so that i can jam in one scale etc.

hopefully with no organ on the song already.

please to suggest.

    I have a Hammond M3 as well.  I modded it so that it Hooks up to the Leslie 122 with the 6122 connector kit. Fun stuff!

    Songs that I like to play while it is fired up:

    Procol Harum - Whiter Shade of Pale



    Santana - Black Magic Woman



    Styx - Blue Collar Man



    But yes... you really NEED to do the mod and hook it up to a Leslie.  The M3 internal speaker does not cut it nor does it have the tremelo.

    Once it's fixed up I wanna do the lowering of the lower manual by an octave and the poor mans foldback and maybe the one that makes the high end louder.

    Imona build a 1/4 out box too.  Won't be able to afford a Leslie for a while. So far I've spent no money on this.
