Is there any difference between Jean Jacques Perrey-Moog Indigo pic cover and words only cover?

I'm guessing they are the exact same, but I would think the pic cover one is slightly more valuable?
Just curious because I've run into two of the purple/gold/pink covers in the last week here in Seattle. I've never see either outside of record shows or online. I also picked up Pierrre Henry's bizarre Tibetan Tribute "Le Voyage" on Limelight. I wonder why people are dumping semi rare electronic records all over in my city?
