Everyone loves a good food mystery right? This is one of those dishes that should be easy to identify, but it's literally stumped some of the most knowledgeable chefs i know for years. I've had guesses of some obscure UK delicacy, but nothing has ever been confirmed.

I think it was first tasted at my friends birthday back in the day.
Most notably his 1998 birthday.

Then UK food legend Gordon Ramsay probably cooked it for people in late 1998.
