Caring more about Audio Quality

I can barely listen to mp3s with the ipod in the car because it sounds like crap.

I just bought a new cartridge and cork mat for my turntable...

And as usual, completely clueless about how to maximize sound quality from a turntable setup.

Do you find yourselves getting more fussy about sound quality as you get older?

    Hey Yuichi,

I'm a descendant of a long line of audiophiles. I was a 12-year old with a Pioneer turntable, Harman Kardon amplifier, Sony Cassette deck, and Bose 301 speakers on stands in my bedroom. Sound quality has ALWAYS mattered.

    Peace,

  • I just pulled my speakers off the wall a little and arrange them o there's nothing in between them. Audio revelation.
